Oceanside Gymnastics was formed out of our enthusiasm for working with children and our desire to encourage students of all ages to develop habits and activities that will lead to a healthier and happier existence through gymnastics and physical fitness. We are concerned with the recent studies that have been reported discussing how "unfit" the youth of today have become, and that "moving" children tend to possess better learning and intellectual skills that their stagnant peers.
We are committed to hiring highly trained instructors, and we offer classes that are designed to help develop self-discipline yet are enjoyable. After all, we all learn much more quickly and retain information longer when we are having fun.
